Additional fees notice
- Service hours are 08:00-22:00, which can be adjusted according to the needs of customers. More than 10 hours of car time, less than one hour is calculated as one hour, 8,000 yen per hour.
- In the actual itinerary, if the standard mileage limit of 300 kilometers is exceeded due to the guest's reasons, an extra kilometer fee will be required. Guests can pay cash (yen) directly to the director. Extra kilometer extra charge: 300 yen per kilometer.
Instructions:
The driver guide will contact you according to the contact number on the order or the instant messaging software (WHATSAPP/LINE/WECHAT) one day before departure to confirm that the travel time and place have not changed. Please make sure the communication is unblocked during the overseas period. You can meet the guide at the hotel lobby on the day of the tour, and verify the use with the guide at the hotel lobby. The guide will wait for you in the hotel lobby!
Points of notice:
- The itinerary needs to be confirmed at least 5 days before departure. Since the itinerary needs to be submitted to the Japan Land Transport Agency, passengers are not allowed to make substantial changes or adjustments temporarily.
- In case of severe weather such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., please consult with the customer service/guide to adjust the relevant itinerary.
- Time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, changes in tourist routes, changes or cancellations of itineraries or attractions, or shortened stays, etc., especially on weekends, holidays, and golden weeks or summer vacations. The situation is more obvious. Cancellation Policy:
If you want to cancel, the following fees will be charged: (Subject to local time in Japan)
- If you apply for cancellation before 16:00 (inclusive) 7 days before the selected date, no loss fee will be charged;
- If you apply for cancellation before 16:00 (inclusive) 4 to 6 days before the selected date, a 50% loss fee will be charged;
- If you apply for cancellation after 16:00 (inclusive) 3 days before the selected date, a 100% loss fee will be charged.
