  • Model : TOYOTA ALPHARD 7 seater, HIACE 10 seater / 14 seater (models are for reference only)
  • Number of luggage (for reference):
    • 7-seater vehicle: Maximum 6 people, 4-6 passengers, it is recommended that the maximum limit does not exceed 4 pieces of 20-inch luggage or 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage
    • 10-seater vehicle: Maximum of 9 people, 9 passengers or less, recommended maximum of 10 pieces of 20-inch luggage
    • 14-seater vehicle:
      • 12-13 passengers + 0 pieces of luggage
      • 10-11 passengers + recommended maximum limit of 2 pieces of 20-inch luggage
      • 9 passengers or less + recommended maximum limit of 8 pieces of 20-inch luggage
  • Please contact customer service for information on the capacity of vehicles with more than 14 seats
  • The number of seats includes the driver and guide. Please provide the correct number of passengers and luggage. The total number of passengers must include a baby 2 years old or younger, and this must be confirmed at the time of registration
  • If the number of people is reduced, the number of luggage can be added appropriately
  • 28-inch or larger luggage is considered as 2 pieces of 24-inch luggage
  • To ensure your travel experience, if you have more luggage or large luggage, please choose a larger model
  • If the amount of luggage exceeds the loadable quantity or size, in violation of local regulations, the driver has the right to refuse to provide services, and the order fee will not be refunded
  • The total distance of the chartered car journey is within 300 kilometers per day, starting from the hotel departure.
  • According to Japanese law, children under the age of six are obliged to use child safety seats when riding in their own cars, but commercial vehicles or buses are exempt from this rule. Since our fleet is all legally operating commercial vehicles, it is not restricted by this law. If passengers need a baby seat, please make an appointment with the customer service in advance. The first one is provided for free, and the second one is charged at HKD 150 per day.

Additional fees notice
  • Service hours are 08:00-22:00, which can be adjusted according to the needs of customers. More than 10 hours of car time, less than one hour is calculated as one hour, 8,000 yen per hour.
  • In the actual itinerary, if the standard mileage limit of 300 kilometers is exceeded due to the guest's reasons, an extra kilometer fee will be required. Guests can pay cash (yen) directly to the director. Extra kilometer extra charge: 300 yen per kilometer.

Instructions:

The driver guide will contact you according to the contact number on the order or the instant messaging software (WHATSAPP/LINE/WECHAT) one day before departure to confirm that the travel time and place have not changed. Please make sure the communication is unblocked during the overseas period. You can meet the guide at the hotel lobby on the day of the tour, and verify the use with the guide at the hotel lobby. The guide will wait for you in the hotel lobby!

Points of notice:

  1. The itinerary needs to be confirmed at least 5 days before departure. Since the itinerary needs to be submitted to the Japan Land Transport Agency, passengers are             not allowed to make substantial changes or adjustments temporarily.
  2. In case of severe weather such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., please consult with the customer service/guide to adjust the relevant itinerary.
  3. Time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, changes in tourist routes, changes or cancellations of itineraries or attractions, or shortened            stays, etc., especially on weekends, holidays, and golden weeks or summer vacations. The situation is more obvious. It is not responsible and the fee will not be              refunded; the additional accommodation/catering/transportation expenses incurred as a result, please also take care of yourself, please understand.
  4. Outdoor activities have certain risks and potential dangers. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour group or provided during the journey, guests           must assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability.
  5. When some scenic spots cannot reach the best viewing condition due to bad weather, or due to the sudden maintenance, suspension of business or closure of certain          scenic spots, special transportation, etc. due to the situation of the day, our company does not accept cancellation of the itinerary or Please forgive me for              compensation or refund.
  6. The recommended special experiences and food recommendations in the itinerary are reserved for guests based on the nature of the service. If the shop is closed or is         not open or full for various reasons, it is beyond our control and the company is not responsible, please understanding.

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel, the following fees will be charged: (Subject to local time in Japan)

  • If you apply for cancellation before 16:00 (inclusive) 7 days before the selected date, no loss fee will be charged;
  • If you apply for cancellation before 16:00 (inclusive) 4 to 6 days before the selected date, a 50% loss fee will be charged;
  • If you apply for cancellation after 16:00 (inclusive) 3 days before the selected date, a 100% loss fee will be charged.
